The family living in this newly constructed home in Charlotte wanted to make it easier for guests to find their front door. We addressed this challenge by building a formal bluestone walkway that leads from the parking area through a quarried stone wall and flower garden to the front door. We also constructed a stone staircase leading up to a farmhouse porch with upcycled architectural stones, and planted a garden designed to integrate the house into the landscape.
